Direction to Use
Take a cup of idli mix powder and add half cup of curd and 1 cup of water in it
Mix it well and add water if required for consist
Apply the oil on the idli moulds and pour the batter in the idli moulds and put it in the idli steamer.
Cook it in an idli steamer for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
Then take out the idlis from the steamer to enjoy them with chutney or pickle.
