Palm Jaggery is made from the sap of palm juice of palmyrah tree. The sap is collected, filtered and then boiled to reduced to viscous form. Later, the syrup is then poured into coconut shells to set. Our palm jaggery is sourced from Tamil Nadu, where it is commonly known as Karupati.
